Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinical Coordinator provides essential clinical leadership for these outpatient centers and directly supervises the clinical support staff (RNs, LPNs, and PCAs), including hiring, on-boarding, scheduling, and performance management. The Clinical Coordinator also supports the Regional Director by managing the operations of the outpatient centers in his/her absence and completing special projects, as assigned. While the Clinical Coordinator’s primary focus is the safe and efficient operations of the nursing staff, you will also partner with the Regional Director, Medical Director, Director of Clinical Services and other departments to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the patient and provider experience.   Responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   Administrative (80%)   Supporting the Regional Director in the management of the Center. - Functioning as the nursing supervisor during hours of operation. - Scheduling nursing/clinical support that meets the needs of our providers. - Acting as the Timekeeper for all nursing/clinical support staff. - Maintaining an adequate inventory of medical supplies and equipment to support Center operations, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.  Managing the nursing staff and ensuring compliant and competent nursing practice. - Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services to establish and promote consistent nursing policies and practice. - Collaborating with the Regional Director on the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff. - Facilitating the onboarding, continuing education, and ongoing assessment of nursing staff, including supervision and verification of clinical competencies. - Utilizing all aspects of the performance management cycle (defining expectations, setting goals, providing feedback, coaching, mentoring, corrective action) to help staff best fulfill their job responsibilities. - Inspiring enthusiasm and commitment to excellence by consistently demonstrating behaviors that reflect the HSS core values and the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Director, Supply Chain Information Systems   HSS Supply Chain Management specializes in the procurement and strategic sourcing of goods, services, and medical equipment for the organization while managing vital functions such as strategic planning, contract negotiation, logistics optimization, distribution & pricing strategies, product & supply chain innovation, and supply chain informatics, that enable the delivery of highest standards of orthopedics healthcare operations and foster professional partnerships with customers and suppliers. HSS Supply Chain technology infrastructure consists of multiple system applications that host the Procure to Pay process, OR Implant Inventory Management, Tissue Management, Capital Budget Planning and Management, Patient Electronic Medical Records, and third-party vendor integrations that provide procurement, benchmarking, and data cleanse solutions to enhance price competition, data integrity and process automation. Together, these are all key applications either directly managed or influenced by the Supply Chain Information Systems Director. The Director of Supply Chain Information Systems has a primary responsibility of managing supply chain systems and its master data, overseeing all data analytics activities, and ensuring alignment with the department’s goals and objectives. The Director of Supply Chain Information Systems organizes the data team, technology, processes, and financial resources necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of the department understanding that information and data are key business assets and operationalizes the application of data and information to deliver optimal performance. Provides timely reports to Director, Institutional Review Board, Principal Investigator, National Institutes of Health and/or sponsor for each research project.   Contributes to CJRC research through: -Recruitment process (conducts informed consent process) -Data collection -The development and build of Clinical Research Forms -Assures that research is done in an accurate and efficient manner.   Ensures that all research related regulatory, institutional, and departmental compliance requirements are met as appropriate.   Handles I.T. communications (requests) and generates reports from the registry as needed.   Facilitates completion of all internal documentation needed for research (IRB applications, conflict of interest forms, data collection forms, etc.)   Assists in data collection for registry/research-specific studies including but not limited to the performance of measurements for applicable studies, collection of clinical data from patients directly, and manage the performance of all other duties as put forth in the protocol.    Acts as a clinician’s scribe in the operating room in order to collect vital intraoperative registry data during surgical cases   Maintains and enhances professional growth through participation in seminars, research meetings, ARJR and CJRC grand rounds, and internal training sessions to keep abreast of trends in the field of Arthroplasty research.   Assists in patient care coordination by assuring patients complete CJRC forms and patient reported outcomes prior to office visits.

As part of this commitment, HSS seeks a Patient Relationship Manager to oversee the delivery of a comprehensive patient accommodative experience from initial point of contact through discharge and follow-up, ensuring the optimal patient accommodative experience.   The Patient Relationship Manager will be part of a team dedicated to the excellence of the patient accommodative experience and will report to the Manager, Ambassador Services. Together and with input from internal partners, the team will strive to continuously improve the patient experience for all patients, through innovative thinking and best-practices implementation.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be available to their patients and our team on off-hours as a source for patient management, 24/7/365. - Manage end-to-end patient experiences to build lasting relationships with patients, family and friends. - Managing the accommodative patient experience for Ambassador Patients, which includes appointment logistics, private room readiness and assignments, and special requests. - Expertise in local area lodging, transportation and restaurants in order to better serve our traveling patients.  - Patient navigating to and from doctor consultations, hospital appointments, and surgical days.  Navigations requires early mornings and limited late evenings. - Developing trusting and supportive relationships with all HSS staff.   - Data entry and maintenance for all assigned patients; report and trend analysis. - Department phone management - Performs other duties as assigned. - Private room request management and amenity unit - This role does not work in a standard office environment. Patient Relationship Managers are frequently out of the office providing highly personalized assistance to patients, such as accompanying them to appointments or visiting those who have been admitted.  They are available 24/7 via telephone after office hours or by providing their contact information directly to the patient as the case may warrant.

Your primary focus will be to operate a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients of all age categories. This will entail MRI examinations using GE/Siemens equipment, while ensuring the highest standards of safety for patients. We'll also rely on you to properly store and maintain equipment, instruct patients on exams, and accurately log and document related information.     Qualifications: - To qualify for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited / approved radiologic program with a certification in MR, (ARRT). NY State License required and NY State DOH IV injection license preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of MRI scanning experience required. - GE and Siemens scanner experience preferred. - Flexible working hours and excellent organization and communication skills are essential.
