Assess the data and suggest improvements as needed. - Serve as the director for the department’s Global Musculoskeletal Health Equity Division (GMHED) program, including organizing meetings with global partners, overseeing program budget and expense reimbursement, facilitating multidisciplinary relationships, and coordinating overseas travel - Serve as the administrator for the Healthcare Immersion Program. Plan and direct the event, and organize a multidisciplinary group to facilitate the weekend. - Serve as the administrator of the Resuscitation Committee. Create policies and organize training sessions. In addition, (s)he will provide customer service, assist with program registration and data entry, and assume other administrative duties for the department and division, as necessary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist with the coordination and implementation of outreach programs, including workshops, lectures, screening programs and exercise classes: - Assist with registration process and day-of program logistics including registrations - Assist with community partner communications and logistics - Communicate with program faculty - Prepare program objectives and promotional copy (i.e. descriptions/social media, etc) - Prepare registration program pages, when applicable - Research and prepare presentation documents, if applicable - Prepare outcomes documents, including evaluations and reports - Assist with Community Partner Development, including: - Create a list of partners to contact - Collect community organization profiles Maintain library of topics to present partners, based on member audience demographics

The successful applicant must be available for 1-2 years.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify potential subjects via computer generated lists - Obtain informed consent from patients who wish to participate in studies - Send out emails to patients inviting them to participate in studies - Act as a resource for patients regarding study consent forms - Act as a liaison between physicians and study participants - Obtain intra-operative data from surgeons during surgery - Administer questionnaires to patients - Coordinate patient visits as needed - Serve as a contact person for patients with questions regarding study protocol - Call patients between visits to ensure compliance and answer any questions - Administer follow-up questionnaires by phone or email - Enter data into an electronic database - Organize and maintain paperwork related to the study - Prepare Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and submissions.  Maintains files of IRB approvals and coordinates re-submissions in a timely manner

As a key member of the Information Technology Department, the Salesforce Business Analyst will attain specialized knowledge of the software and serve as a vital liaison between the HSS IT Department, hospital departments, HSS Connect, patient access, and physician’s offices.   Responsibilities - Responsible for meeting with business users of Salesforce to understand their business use case and system workflow needs. - Responsible for documenting the use case and workflow needs of the business and confirming those with appropriate business stakeholders. - Understands and documents all aspects of a use case to cover reporting and analytics, workflow and system configuration, integration requirements and data migration requirements.
