Ayturk Lab is based at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. We are broadly interested in the biology of mineralized tissues, and specifically how osteoblasts form new bone tissue within the context of Wnt signaling. We utilize state of the art genomics tools (bulk and single cell RNAseq), genetically altered animal models and cell culture models to study bone biology.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic postdoctoral fellow to join our group. The successful candidate will be involved in basic and translational projects in our laboratory. Interested candidates should send a CV, brief statement of research interests and contact information for 3 references to Dr. Ayturk (email@example.com).
