To facilitate and coordinate the daily nursing staffing assignments; preceptor and orient staff; and be generally responsible for the adherence of clinical standards and procedures for safe patient care. You will be accountable for training and supervising all nursing staff at your sites. You must be proficient in patient vitals, BP, temperature, venipuncture, proper cast removal, suture and staple removal a must. Strong knowledge of orthopedic practice procedures such as diagnosis, crutches, canes, cam walkers are essential. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining and organized professional environment. You will supervise and motivate personnel, facilitate group synergy by inspiring and guiding the group to achieve collective goals and maintain a standard of excellence for services delivered.
Education Requirement: LPN license or RN License (*If Associates must actively be enrolled in a Bachelors Program); 3-5 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in an Orthopedic Setting; Epic Knowledge; Clinical Leadership Experience
