Senior Director – Physician Practice Management, Revenue Cycle





In this role you will responsible revenue cycle operations and practice management system support. Direct all physician billing revenue cycle initiatives, lead individual revenue cycle projects, corporate compliance, monitor billing vendor performance, and conduct detailed billing analysis.


In addition, this position need to leveraging the Epic system functionality to implement process improvement initiatives around best practices, as well as collaborating with existing team and billing companies on matters pertaining to back-end billing activity. You will interphase with department counterpart with managing front-end revenue cycle operations and revenue cycle projects.


Oversee the build and maintenance of the revenue cycle report database, and score cards and with knowledge transfer of work-flow processes and applications training of system functionality and roll-out. Review current with payer regulatory requirements and propose and/or implement solutions to addressing requirement. Lead special project as they may arise





To qualify you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years in a high level management position in professional billing.
  • Hospital Professional billing dept and/or physician billing company experience required
  • Strong Knowledge and experience working with spreadsheets (Excel), databases (Access), report writing and analytical skills are essential.
  • The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate projects, and effectively communicate with all levels of Hospital users. Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent presentations skills is required.
