In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to employees, perspective patients, contractors and vendors by welcoming and assisting them throughout the process. In this position you will operate the telephone console, answer all incoming calls, connect calls to appropriate parties, operate the beeper system and overhead paging system, and respond to emergency and code calls. You will also monitor and respond to environmental and other critical alarm systems.
The qualified candidate will be an experienced individual with outstanding customer services skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and interact with adults, children and geriatric patient populations are essential. General knowledge of computer navigation is required. High School diploma or equivalent also required.
Ability to work flexible hours high desirable.
