Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

 

Employer: Hospital for Special Surgery

 

Location: 535 East 70th Street, New York, NY 10021

 

Position Description: 

Business process analysis and workflow creation. Work with customers and client stakeholders to understand, define and document business requirements. Identify and work directly with stakeholders to develop use cases and functional specifications documents. Solicit, gather and analyze user input and requirements. Identify and interview internal/external subject matter experts. Interface with internal Salesforce developers and QA resources. Collaborate with counterparts in IT to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents. Address and analyze incoming support tickets. Remain current on Salesforce technologies and obtain certification in Salesforce applications as warranted. Provide on-site support during golive and system upgrade scenarios and on-call support on a rotating basis. Partial telecommuting permitted; must be in office 2 days/week minimum.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three (3) years of experience in the following: Salesforce Service Cloud CRM with end-to-end implementation; Agile software development; Working with IT project management and time-tracking software tools; and Analyzing workflows, data collection, and integration requirements. Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator.

 

Salary Offered: $120,848 - $131,250 / year.
