HSS West Palm Beach

Overview:

Hospital for Special Surgery's Rehabilitation and Performance team is actively seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Certified Hand Therapist to join us at our state of the art facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This dynamic setting offers the opportunity for the CHT to treat a large variety of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder diagnoses including post-surgical trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, Dupytren’s, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, amputations and rheumatic conditions. 

As we grow our practice in Florida, we are seeking a therapist who has experience with orthosis fabrication, is a skilled communicator and is looking for professional growth. Candidates will have collaborative education and clinical opportunities with a team of highly experienced therapists and world renowned physicians. We offer a clinical career ladder and opportunities to grow in areas of leadership, education and research.

To qualify, you must have demonstrated out-patient clinical expertise in hand therapy and your certification in hand therapy (CHT).

Along with clinical expertise, this position requires strong communication, team building, mentoring and willingness to participate in community education. The candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and have excellent customer service skills.
