HSS, the world leader in musculoskeletal health, is seeking a Facilities Planner I for an exciting opportunity to collaborate on the continued strategic growth of our organization. As the demand for services at HSS continues to grow, HSS is seeking a dynamic individual to support the enterprise space management strategy and assist in the development of new regional sites and the main campus transformation.
As part of the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) group, the Facilities Planner I will work on projects of various types and sizes, and will impact projects at all points through the design process. The Facilities Planner I will also work with a variety of teams including Finance, Operational Excellence, Information Technology, front-line leaders, and external vendors and consultants.
Reporting directly to the Director, Facilities Planning & Design, the Facilities Planner’s will support the integration of workspace data to an Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS). Highly efficient project management, analytics, and change management skills will be critical to the success of this transformational effort.
