Patient Experience Coordinator

Full-time

 

Join our world class healthcare team where you will serve as a key member in the Office of the Patient Experience.   This position will report directly to the Chief Patient Experience Officer and support patient experience initiatives across the patient continuum at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS).

 

Your primary responsibilities will include creating patient satisfaction reports for organizational stakeholders and leadership, managing the hospital survey process, coordinating meetings for process improvement teams, supporting hospital value-based-purchasing programs and lending general support to the Chief Patient Experience Officer.  

 

In this role you will collaborate extensively with the interdisciplinary team, physician offices and all levels of leadership to improve the patient experience such that all patients and support persons have an unsurpassed patient experience at HSS.  Strong analytical background and ability to work in a team-oriented environment is a must.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in healthcare related discipline preferred).  A strong analytical, written and verbal communication skill, as well as attention to detail is critical to this position.   Minimum requirement of two years’ experience in a healthcare
