Support our world-class healthcare team by performing diversified secretarial duties for a senior leader in HR, including but not limited to calendar management, coordinating meetings and events, and processing invoices.
In this role, you will be responsible for all meeting/event logistics, including scheduling, preparing related materials and making conference arrangements. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination of such programs as employee breakfasts with the President & CEO, award/celebratory events, and special projects requiring exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable interacting with senior leadership from all areas, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting a senior executive. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow, as well as work proactively with a keen attention to detail. Exemplary written, verbal communication and organizational skills required. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience is a must. Must be able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute. High School diploma or equivalent also required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
