Ensuring the delivery of our world-renowned patient care, you will manage operating room Unit Assistant staff and equipment resources to ensure maximum efficiency and responsiveness. Exercises shared responsibility with Perioperative Services leadership for the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with all disciplines responsible for service to the operating rooms.
The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses. Must have the ability to understand written and verbal instructions for maintaining patient care equipment as well as demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Two to three years previous experience working in Material Management in a hospital or medical industry highly desirable.
