As a key member of the Information Technology Department, the Epic Analyst II will attain/maintain specialized knowledge of our enterprise Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and serve as a vital liaison between the HSS IT Department, hospital departments, physician’s offices, and Epic representatives.   **This position requires the flexibility to work an expanded work schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends during major implementation and support efforts** Responsibilities - Configure the Hospital’s electronic medical record and additional applications. - Maintain Resolute Professional Billing module to configure trigger/modify charges, benefit engine, and work with external collection agencies.
