Patient Access Specialist III
Provide our world-renowned healthcare team with comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include triaging high volume phone calls and patient inquiries, scheduling patients for appointments and procedures, verification of medical insurance and patient billing/collections. You will also assist with handling day to day operational issues, insuring the highest level of customer service and patient confidentiality.
To qualify you must possess a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent and at least one to two years of related MD office/healthcare experience preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verifications, and general office protocol required. Superior communication and customer service skills are essential.
