    Full Time Physician Assistant - Operative and Floor

    Tuesday/Wednesday : 8:00 am - 9:30 am

    Friday: 6:00 pm-7:00 am

Opportunity to obtain exposure to pre and post operative care of our orthopedics patients while  working in a collborative environment with our day and overnight Physician Assistant team. As an essential member of our Orthopedic Physician Assistant team, you will provide comprehensive pre/postoperative care may include:


    • Assisting in the OR
    • Admission history and physicals
    • In-patient floor work 


    To be considered for this position, you must have the following :

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program; Master's preferred
    • Current NYS Physician Assistant license and registration
    • BLS/ACLS certification
    • NCCPA board certification is required
    • Infection Control certification
    • Completion of a child abuse recognition course
    • DEA required upon hire
    • Have excellent communication and be a teamplayer
    • Possess strong clinical skills
