Provide our world-renowned health care organization with outstanding administrative support.In this highly visible role you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, issuing room keys, providing outstanding customer service during their stay, and settling guests' accounts upon the end of their stay. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to making and confirming reservations and walk-in inquiries, preparing and collecting payments, and assisting guests with luggage.
The qualified candidate must be a self directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate must possess strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in hotel/hospitality industry and/or hospital environment is essential.
